Refund policy

We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for non‑defective items.

Return Window
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Return Method
If a return is required, we will provide return-by-post instructions and shipping label. Please do not send any items back without authorisation.

Return Shipping Costs
For defective, damaged, or misdescribed items, we cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non‑Defective Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non‑defective items under any circumstances.

Legal Rights
This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
